The floor is the same color, it just looks so much better and richer than before. I think the wood was faded from age. But, I'm still working on it so when I'm finished I'll update pics.&nbsp; :) ]]>

<form class="mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image" mt:asset-id="3">I'm starting on the remodeling of my kitchen and camera room now. I still need to get baseboards and doorframes painted and put back in place, but wanted to start on removing wallpaper from the kitchen to get it ready for painting.</form></p>
<p>I'm toying with the idea of restaining the cabinets and floor (floor is same color wood as cabinets) a darker color. I'll update here when painting is complete and have a vote on stain color for cabinets and floor.&nbsp; :)</p>
<p>Here are some before pictures so you can see the transformation.&nbsp; :)</p>
